For weather loading, location, notification, or purchase issues, email us with the app version, iOS version, and what happened. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
Delete data
To delete server-side push installation data, preferences, and associated delivery records, contact us from the device where RAWeather is installed with the subject “Delete RAWeather push data.” We may ask you to verify the request in the app so that another person’s data is not deleted.
